Promotion of an Officer

There comes a moment in every Captain's service when he or she can grant promotion to one of their crew, who has proven themselves at the level they have been granted the promotion. so I am happy to announce the promotion of Lieutenant Jg Paul Winchester to Full Lieutenant and given the post of Chief intelligence Officer as of today 8th February 2019, I am confident that he will fill his new post as Chief Intelligence Officer well, so congratulations to Lt Winchester.

Lieutenant Jg Paul Winchester TO Full Lieutenant 08/02/19 and elevated to CIO.
