Ship Awards for September and October

Greetings All

It is my honour to give out some awards for the months of September and October to individuals who have done well, these awards are sim based so they are separate from the Fleet, this has been done on the USS Tomcat since before the sim joined Pegasus Fleet and I see no need to change it as it shows what I think of the simmers who have gotten these awards. All the crew can work up to getting such awards, all it takes is participation and effort and it is with those words in mind that these following awards are given.

These should have been done at the ending of each month, but due to problems arising with my real life and in other areas, they got overlooked, so now to the awards.

For Participating in the simulation post "Orbital Scouting," Lieutenant Commander Sheela Swiftpaws and Lieutenant Cahill are hereby awarded the ships GENERAL PARTICIPATION AWARD and they both also get a joint MISSION EXCELLENCE AWARD for said post, this award was for September 2016.

For her participation in "Arrival of a New Doctor" new member Lieutenant Jg Akhul K'Tel the ship's new Doctor is hereby awarded the GENERAL PARTICIPATION AWARD and the same award for "Ground Surveillance" contribution to the sim for October and November 2016.

For her contribution and participation in "Insertion and Scouting" and "Ground Surveillance," Commander Maia Sterling is also awarded the PARTICIPATION AWARD for October and November 2016.

Now for the crew who have served loyally over the 6 years I have been in command, they have put up with my eccentricities and manic ways and as such, they deserve the following award. This award in this instance is for the longest serving members of the USS Tomcat Sim, but it is in no way unique to time served, the award is available to all to earn it.

So I am happy to show my appreciation for their patience and loyalty to the sim for 5 to 6 years service and to honour the following Officers with the EXEMPLARY SERVICE COMMENDATION Which is given under the "Awarded to those who show dedication and loyalty to the simulation they are part of and to the simulations Community." (as said in the Awards section).

Please congratulate the following who are given the EXEMPLARY SERVICE COMMENDATION Award:-

Commander Maia Sterling - First Officer/Chief Science Officer
Lieutenant Commander Sheela Swiftpaws - Chief Intelligence Officer/Communications Officer
Lieutenant Alexanderia Cahill - Chief Medical Officer

All awards will be added to named officers character bios by days end today 16 November 2016.

Congratulations to all those named, it is every COs pleasure to hand out awards and Medals when hey have been earned, also these awards are recognised on the USS Tomcat Sim.
