Personal History

History: SHeela been recruited from the wilds of space as an infilitration agent by Fleet Directorate of Intelligence Field Agent/Handler. Her handler never reported her into Fleet Intelligence. Any inquireies would automatically be forwarded to him. He known as "Mr Isotep". She never went to fleet's Academy. Occasionally she'll work aboard a fleet vessel under the title "Special Operations" "Liason Officer"

Usually the arrangements are made with the Captain of the ship she is to work aboard. Captain leaks the information out, will disappear after Sheela is assigned someplace else. This usually creates disharmony amongst the crew for having an outsider amongst them. Specially when she has access to a lot of things that normal civilians don't have. Plus her usuage of very questionable tactics and equipment that are not fleet issue. There is usually a war amongst them, trying to get her either busted or thrown off the ship.
