Mission: S02 Episode 3: When Realities Collide (Incidentals)
Location: Sick Bay CMO Office

Even though she was not authorized to do it and if caught she could be sent to a Star Fleet prison for life, Dr Cahill secretly began to develop the gem warfare item used during the Dominion War in our time that resulted in a lot of suffering for the Dominion and they eventually surrendered to be helped back to health.

She could not let anyone know what she was doing or she could be forced to allow herself to be arrested or forced to destory the virus she had already made. She still needed more of it to make it be effective quickly.

she needed a few more days to be ready. She hope to not have to use the virus but if it was needed she was ready.

After 28 hours she took the vials and locked them in her personal safe. She had enough of the virus to infect a huge number of Dominion if needed. She had to keep it locked up to prevent anyone from finding it. Because it was even stronger than used at the fight when at DS-9. This was a last resort.

She then went to check out other things in Sick Bay and then laid down to rest for a while.
