Location: Hanger deck -USS Tomcat
Timeline: After into the fire Pt2

[ON]

After leaving the bridge, Paul entered the locker room and changed quickly out of his red command uniform into that of his flight suit, He said to himself oO Finally I’m back out in the void all but a different reality void, Oo as he strode out of the locker room with his helmet in his hand, Ensign Jordan approached him,” Sir, come back in one piece,” she said as the Klingons looked on from the balcony.as he looked up and saw Shakram looking down at him, he wondered if he should have taken her but he wondered if the sounds of Klingon’s might spook the crew of the freighter.

He replied “I will Lauren, Don’t worry, it’s only a Recon Mission,” as he started once more over towards his bird, He finished,” I’ll be fine,” as he climbed into the cockpit and started to connect the flight suit up to its connections on the console in front of him, then he slipped his gloves on his hands and scrunched them into fists three times, Paul then placed his helmet upon his head.

As he pulled the canopy down over his head he opened a channel to his flight team, He said, =/\= Right guys, this is now a routine recon Mission =/\= as he started his pre-flight checks, He continued. =/\= Our orders are to get scans of the freighter before the Tomcat can move in to assist with repairs,” he finished we are not to open fire unless fired upon, Am I clear?=/\=

As he hears through his com from all three pilots =/\=Copy that Sir=/\=

Paul then opened the com and said, =/\=Winchester to Bridge, We are good to go =/\= as he waited for the green light from Sommers, As he brought he Engines online and watched his deck crew move back behind the forcefield that had been erected to keep them safe, He thought oO I hope this goes fine as this is the first time back in this bird Oo as he still waited for the Greenlight.

On the bridge Jasmine pressed the button on her chairs arm =/\= that is an affirmative Lieutenant, safe journey =/\= she said and sent clearance for the flight to leave the ship;

A few minutes later...

After the four fighters had left the ship, Paul called over the Com “Everyone stays close and keep your eyes open for anything” as he knew things could go sideways rather quickly, as they headed towards the Freighter he knew that when they got there the scans would be split between each of them. As they increased their speed as time was passing slowly by for the crew of the stricken ship.
