S02 Episode 3: When Realities Collide (Main Story)
Location: Outside the New Xindus Sensore line
Timeline: Mission 4 Day 65

As the cloaked ship took up stationary position outside the New Xindus activity on the ship was frantic, Winchesters flight returned all shot up and the CAG in serious condition in Medical, it was just as well that fighters were not needed at the moment, she turned to her XO and CMO who had returned to the bridge.
"Commander Sterling, lead an away team to the freighter, take Lieutenant Taggert, a Medic and some Security with you, use Ensign K'Muss for the Security detail, and an engineering team. I want you to get to that freighter and render assistance to the crew, also see if they will supply the latest information on current events, also do not wear Starfleet Uniforms, I wish to cut down our chance of being discovered," Somers said.
"Captain if they should require more assistance than I can give or if they should ask for help, should we bring them aboard? How much leeway are you giving me here"? Maia asked.
Looking at her first officer "Maia, I must warn you, that when you get over there, you may encounter duplicates of the crew, remember they are not our crew and their lives and experiences will vastly differ from what we know. As for lee-way help them all you can, but they are not to know you are Starfleet, you and your team will be in the appropriate attire for this timeframe and this reality, leftover Starfleet supplies are common, the weapons you will have will be non-Starfleet issue, the tricorder can also be explained as surplus as can the modified shuttle you will be in. You are to introduce yourselves as traders and you are not to bring any of them to this ship, it is going to be risky enough interacting with those on New Xindus while in disguise, I wish to keep our influence to a minimum. But if past experience serves me right, we will likely end up in combat, it is our lot in life, the sooner we return to our reality the better."
*pause*
"Speaking of getting home, how goes that Commander?" Somers asked.
"Promising Captain but still a work in progress. Eventually, we will need to modify the deflector grid to emit a series of graviton pulses. That is assuming we don't get detected by the dominion or their allies. That is not something we can do while cloaked. Fortunately, the anomaly seems stable. It's not growing or contracting. Maia said.
She then turned to Cahill, "Same for you Commander Cahill. Assemble a medical team with some security and a pilot to fly the transport shuttle down to New Xindus with the supplies, no Starfleet Uniforms, I want you to look like renegade traders, there will be appropriate ids for both teams, also equip yourselves with non-Starfleet issue weapons, the longer we can keep the defenders in the dark on who we really are the better I will feel" Somers said.
"I understand Captain, there are a lot of Disruptor weapons in the armoury. And though we can use the rebel look from Nigel 6 in or time rift. We will be there and leave with minimal contact if any. I want to try to have zero contact so we do not affect any disruption in the rift. That may cause changes we cannot correct." Cahill responded.
"Excellent idea, make it happen, Commander," Somers said to Cahill.
Cahill responded, thanks, Captain as she went to the Turbo Lift door.
