She always had a bit of a pit in her stomach just before new postings. She always promised herself that a new ship would be a new start, and a few days later, she was back to her old habits. It was like clockwork; the familiar tick-tock-tick of time marching on forever. Bartok, her former RIO, said it was the old adage that the grass is always greener and wherever you go, there you are. She was Pretty sure he had that wrong, but who was she to question a Romulan?!

Finally, the transport pod docked with a satisfying "click" and she stood up, gathering her seabag and extra things, and head out. SB51 wasn't DS9 but it was still quite large, and would definitely have a plethora of men to pick from. AND offered some pretty, uh...stellar views from her jumper. She found the transporter, and after a moment, she was on the main promenade, looking around. She stopped someone. "Hello, LtJg Maggie Lefebvre. I'm new here, maybe you can help me? I am looking to onboard with the TomCat. I am pretty sure they said to check in with Processing?" She placed her body super close to his, but he seemed to ignore her. Damn. He pointed out where she should go, and she smiled. "Thank you." The room was close enough to walk to, so she did.

She pushed through the doors, a bundle of noise and heavily-perfumed hyperactivity; you could tell by the way her foot tapped in her (ugly as hell) deck shoes and as she spoke, she made her accent stronger than was a necessary-a trick that, in her mind, ALWAYS drew attention. "Allo. Is this where I check in?" The accent was Terran French, though not as refined as a Parisian one might be. "I'm looking for the directions to onboard the USS Tomcat. I'm their new Small Craft pilot." She said a flip of fluffy blonde hair and a smile of red-lipsticked lips belied the serious uniform she wore.
